Operational recommendations
Kneading dough: Maximum amount of 1000g, flour+600ML of water. Low/middle gear, 50/80 rpm, operating time low gear for 30 seconds, then middle gear for 6-25 minutes.
Stir butter and cream: butter ≤ 1.5L. Low/medium/high gear, 50/80/100 rpm, low gear for 30 seconds, then middle gear for 30 seconds, and finally high gear for 5-7 minutes.
Beat egg whites: 2-15 egg whites. High gear, 145 rpm, low gear for 30 seconds, then middle gear for 30 seconds, and finally high gear for 5-7 minutes.
